Thanks to the dedication and vision of Eagle Scout Jacob Knowlton of St. George, visitors to Marshall Point Lighthouse and Museum can enjoy our nature and history trail. This thoughtfully designed trail winds through the scenic property, offering a unique opportunity to experience the natural beauty and historical significance of the Lighthouse and Grounds.

The trail has added an enriching layer to the lighthouse grounds. Along the trail, interpretive signs highlight the history of the Marshall Point Lighthouse, making it an ideal walk for families, school groups, and history buffs alike.

We invite you to take a peaceful stroll and explore the stories and landscapes that make this corner of coastal Maine so special. The trail is open from dawn until dusk, year-round, and is free to the public.
